Hotel Eligibility 🏨
Discover the eligibility criteria required to join the MuslimTripAndGo partner community.
At MuslimTripAndGo, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming travel experience for Muslim travelers. These criteria help us ensure the quality, authenticity, and alignment of every partner with the expectations of our community.
📝 Your establishment must meet at least one of the following criteria to be considered eligible:
Criterion #1: Mixed-gender pool with burkini allowed
To meet the diverse needs of Muslim travelers, MuslimTripAndGo welcomes accommodations that offer mixed-gender pool areas where the burkini is explicitly allowed.
Key Values:
Inclusion & Respect: Spaces where all guests feel welcomed regardless of religious or cultural practices.
Respectful Coexistence: Shared facilities that promote respectful and enriching interactions.
Burkini Acceptance: Recognizing and respecting the choice of Muslim women to swim while preserving modesty.
Safety & Comfort: Clean, hygienic, and well-managed spaces where guests feel secure.
Awareness & Education: Staff trained in cultural and religious diversity to foster mutual understanding.
This criterion is available in 3 levels, depending on your setup:
Level 1: Women-only private pool sessions
Offer dedicated time slots for women-only access to pool, spa, or wellness areas — ensuring privacy, comfort, and a relaxed environment.
Level 2: Fully women-only aquatic areas
Facilities that are 100% reserved for women (pools, saunas, jacuzzis), guaranteeing maximum privacy and comfort without male presence.
Level 3: Mixed pool area with burkini welcome
A shared pool where men and women can swim together while allowing and respecting the use of burkinis. This promotes a balanced, inclusive space for diverse preferences and beliefs.
✅ To be eligible, your establishment must meet at least one of these 3 levels.
Criterion #2: Halal cold cuts offered at breakfast
We highly encourage hotels to offer halal meat options (such as turkey, chicken, or beef) during breakfast, prepared in accordance with halal standards.
This allows Muslim guests to enjoy a full breakfast experience while respecting their dietary requirements.
⚠️ This criterion is not mandatory, but strongly recommended.
Criterion #3: Qibla direction provided in rooms
We also recommend that hotels provide a Qibla direction indicator (such as a sticker, prayer mat, or sign) in guest rooms, helping Muslim travelers perform their daily prayers with ease.
This thoughtful touch reflects a strong awareness and respect for the spiritual needs of your guests.
⚠️ This criterion is not mandatory, but strongly recommended.
Restaurant Eligibility 🍽️
Discover the eligibility criteria we apply to restaurants wishing to join our MuslimTripAndGo network. These standards ensure an authentic and respectful dining experience for both Muslim and non-Muslim travelers, while offering flexibility to accommodate diverse dietary preferences.
🥇 Level 1: 100% Halal Certified
We strongly encourage restaurants to consider offering exclusively halal-certified dishes. This means ensuring that all ingredients used, as well as the methods of preparation and food handling, strictly comply with Islamic dietary laws.
By adopting this approach, restaurants can guarantee Muslim guests that every dish served aligns with their religious beliefs, fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect within the establishment.
🥈 Level 2: Some Halal Dishes Available
Offering a selection of halal dishes allows restaurants to meet the dietary needs of Muslim customers while also providing a diverse culinary experience for other guests.
This more flexible approach enables restaurants to adapt their menus according to their preferences and capabilities, while still ensuring that Muslim diners have access to meals that respect their religious principles.
🥉 Level 3: Vegetarian Options
In addition to halal options, offering vegetarian dishes further broadens the choices available to all customers. This inclusive approach accommodates a variety of dietary preferences, whether religious or personal.
By including vegetarian options, restaurants add culinary diversity to their menus, enhancing the overall dining experience for everyone.
Villa And Holidays Homes Eligibility
✅ MuslimTripAndGo Criteria for Villas & Holiday Homes
🏡 Criterion #1: Private & Secluded Aquatic Area – No Sharing, No Overlooking
To meet the expectations of Muslim travelers seeking privacy, comfort, and modesty, MuslimTripAndGo only accepts villas or holiday homes that offer fully private aquatic spaces such as:
❌ No sharing with other guests or owners
❌ No visibility or overlooked areas
✅ 100% exclusive, secluded access
Pools, jacuzzis, spas, or hammams must guarantee total privacy, allowing women in particular to relax freely and confidently in accordance with their values and beliefs.
💡 Why this matters:
Muslim families and couples often look for places where they can enjoy water and wellness areas without compromising their modesty or faith. This ensures a peaceful, culturally respectful experience.
🥐 Criterion #2: Halal Charcuterie Option at Breakfast (Recommended)
We recommend offering a halal-friendly breakfast, ideally including certified halal cold cuts such as chicken, turkey, or beef.
This small effort allows Muslim guests to enjoy a complete and satisfying breakfast while remaining true to their dietary principles.
⚠️ This is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.
🧭 Criterion #3: Qibla Direction in Rooms (Recommended & Easy to Set Up)
We recommend providing a Qibla direction indicator in each room, to help guests perform their prayers comfortably.
This can be:
A discreet arrow on the ceiling or wall
A small sticker on a nightstand or wardrobe
A prayer rug with an integrated compass or Qibla label
✅ It’s easy to implement, but has a big impact on guest experience.
Adding this small touch shows your respect for Muslim travelers’ spiritual needs, and creates a welcoming, culturally aware atmosphere
